OCareCloudS

O’CareCloudS aims to research and develop a ‛cloud-like‘ software system offering information and knowledge-based services related to the cross-border of different personal living environments of the client/patient: the daily care-related needs, the social needs and the daily guidance and medical support.

The domain analysis will record and chart the data and information flows within the micro-level care management, will list the actual and future wants and needs of all the stakeholders involved and will study the relational dynamics and trust relationships in these care networks.
