This year Congress will focus on the present state and future plans for the EU’s telecommunications infrastructures under the slogan “The Way of Santiago and European Telecommunications”. A slogan which links one of the most ancient means of communication (the Way of Santiago – main link between medieval Spain and Europe) to the most modern ones, the proliferation of telecommunications.
