Boot your business
The IBBT entrepreneurial boot camp is a highly focussed approach to turn ideas and business opportunities into validated, viable and executable business plans. The boot camp follows an innovation stage gate approach.
The road from idea to new venture passes through the following 4 stages that take on average 6 months.
- Idea sourcing
- Idea elaboration & team composition
- The IBBT Entrepreneurial Boot Camp
- Development stage - after the Boot Camp
During the iBoot Camp, specialised workshops focus attention on training, coaching and teamwork around a specific business idea.
The aim is for the teams to look at their projects from a number of different angles, such as technology, marketing, finance etc., and to study any potential opportunities and risks in detail with the help of a number of professional coaches.
At the end of the iBoot Camp the different teams have to present their project to a jury of experts, including venture capitalists, who then give feedback and advice.
Some impressions of our coaches:
I thought it was a great event and very professionally organized. I really liked the mix of giving a presentation and then getting hands-on time with the groups.
