Silicon Valley is the place to be when it comes to accelerating the development of a high tech startup. This hotspot for ICT innovation has such a unique eco-system that it is every tech entrepreneur’s dream to spend time there growing their business.  

Our mission is to shape tomorrow’s entrepreneurs, so is there a better way than to give young and promising startups their chance of a lifetime? 


During the summer break, the best student startups will be selected to go and conquer Silicon Valley. An unparalleled learning opportunity to put theory into practice as well as to have a taste of real business life.

iStart.Light

iStart is an IBBT program where promising startups are coached in implementing a real venture.  iStart.Light is similar to IBBT’s iStart program but is designed specifically for students.  iStart.Light companies receive less financial support but benefit from a more supportive framework.  All the resources needed to get a business idea to market are bundled in the form of an incubation project.

The goal of the iStart.Light program is to progress from a student project to a business that has real market potential.

Participants iStart.Light:

Endare is a software company that develops applications for tablets such as the iPad, PlayBook and Android tablets. Endare targets professional users.

G-Flux creates smartphone applications for outdoor use (sports, events, ...) and combines location based functionality with a fun factor.
