Wondergraphs sexes up your data
Written by IBBT on Thursday 14 July 2011

Wondergraphs, a Belgian start-up which recently set foot in Silicon Valley, lets people do beautiful things with data. Suddenly, analyzing corporate – or publicly available – data and creating graphs for reporting purposes becomes much more exciting than what it sounds like.
Easy to use, straightforward visualization, rapid report distribution, Wondergraphs made our annual forecasting numbers talk.

Data can be imported from different sources:
- Simply import from spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets or from CSV files.
- Wondergraphs links to industry-standard databases like MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access, and offers an API upon request to boot
- Import data straight from online services like Google Spreadsheet and Factual.
Not only is Wondergraphs user friendly and easy to navigate, it is also the first tool that provides me the flexibility to track our brand performance in different clusters of countries in an easy and quick way. For each "what if" scenario Wondergraphs provides me the answer quickly.
Catherine Boutremans, Regional Business Director Europe 1, AstraZeneca
Any reports generated through Wondergraphs can be viewed online, or can easily be exported to Microsoft PowerPoint. The team is also building an impressive iPad app to add to the output line-up.
You can rest assured your data is kept safe and secure. Wondergraphs network is protected by a world-class firewall and SSL encryption keeps your data safe.
We are currently looking for “the right type of early-stage investor” to step in and spur further growth.
Dirk Stevens, co-founder and CEO of Wondergraphs
The company has been developing its software for a few years now, and hasn’t raised a dime in outside funding yet. Wondergraphs co-founder and CEO Dirk Stevens says they are currently looking for “the right type of early-stage investor” to step in and spur further growth.
