Data can be imported from different sources:

Simply import from spreadsheets like Microsoft Excel and Google Spreadsheets or from CSV files.
Wondergraphs links to industry-standard databases like MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Access, and offers an API upon request to boot
Import data straight from online services like Google Spreadsheet and Factual.
