Alex Osterwalder will discuss his ‘Business Model Canvas’, a shared language for describing, visualizing, assessing and changing business models. This tool allows you to paint pictures of new or existing business models using the 9 building blocks. If you understand these blocks you will be able to continually improve your business model and obtain competitive advantage. During the day Alex will discuss a multitude of examples of innovative business models and patterns in business modeling. Alex’s masterclasses are conceptual, practical and interactive.

IBBT workshop

Members of IBBT will discuss the IBBT approach to business model innovation. This will include overall insights in business models, practical cases, a glimpse of a new business modeling research prototype and an overview of relevant business development services (training, coaching, user testing, finance), offered by IBBT.
