IMinds: last chance to join!

Written by IBBT on Monday 10 October 2011

iMinds, our yearly networking conference, is only a couple of days away and registrations are pouring in. Almost 700 people have confirmed their participation already, but there’s a little room for more.

A new B2B matchmaking tool will offer ample opportunities to find and chat with likeminded visitors or to start a debate with those with different views.

Charles Leadbeater is sharpening his pen, preparing his speech on how systems of the future should combine analytic and empathetic features to stay afloat in this ever changing and interconnected society.

Xavier Damman is already on his way to Belgium, sneaking away from his work at Storify.com for a quick visit to his family and a stop at our conference.

Speakers for the parallel sessions are lining up and adding a last touch to their presentations.

Topics

such as e-learning, healthcare in an ageing society, how to move Flanders forward in a digital era, reducing our ecological footprint and preserving our privacy and sense of trust while ICT applications are to be found everywhere in our daily lives will be dealt with.

Dozens of demo’s

are being prepared, showing research results from recent and ongoing projects, possibilities for technical feasibility testing and large scale user testing as well as success stories from entrepreneurs that made use of IBBT’s many support programs.

It’s still possible to register (for free) but now’s the time to move!
