ICT Workshop

On February 26th 2008 the ICT Workshop was held at the Flemish Parliament. ICT is not only a subject for technical experts. It has become an indispensable instrument in making production processes more efficient, in simplifying our customer relations, in communicating easily, in searching for information efficiently,... It is a matter of concern to everyone.

Therefor the workshop offered an overview of recent Flemish studies into the state of affairs concerning the use of ICT by civilians and companies: who does, who doesn't and why? Examples were shown of instruments measuring the strenght with which ICT is integrated into the organization.
