Janick studied Office Management as well as French, English and German and graduated in 1996. She started as management assistant in AZ Sint-Lucas in Ghent, where she helped in the development of a merger project.

After three years she started in an international company where she worked as management assistant for six years.

Since June 2007, she is part of the IBBT team, where she is responsible for administrative support as well as the reception of iCUBES.
