Daphne Tubée obtained her degree as translator and as HRM graduate and started her career in Antwerp in the petroleum sector and afterwards as a communications manager in the cultural sector. In 2004 she moved back to Limburg where she successively worked as communications manager of the Province of Limburg and as Partnerships Director and Director General ad interim of the Living Lab i-City.

Since 2006 she holds office as director of LRM (Limburgse Reconversiemaatschappij) and from January 1, 2009, she works as Public Affairs Manager for IBBT.
